Thank you for your request for access to our FTP server. In order to access our FTP server, you should first have an FTP client (program). If you do not have an FTP client, please refer to the information at the end of this letter. If you already have an FTP client, when you launch your software, you will be prompted to enter a Server Name or Host Address, a User Name and a Password.

The Server Name or Host Address is:ftp.qslcom.com
Your temporary User Name is:customer (all lower-case)
Your temporary Password is:happy (also lower-case)

You will be logged into a shared FTP directory where anyone with access may add or delete any file. (If you require a personal FTP account, please contact your QSL sales representative and they will forward the request to the System Administrator.) Once you have uploaded your file, you should either call or an email your QSL sales representative and notify them that you have uploaded a file to the FTP site.

If you do not have an FTP client for your machine, you may go to one of the following sites to download software:
