Our HP/Indigo Digital Offset Color Press (Indigo) is the perfect solution for all your short-run projects—it's affordable, variable data capable, and suited for quick turnaround. Our Indigo provides professional quality color prints at a price unmatched by traditional offset printing. Ideal for short-runs and smaller projects under 1000 in quantity, the Indigo virtually eliminates the need to bump up your print count to get a price break. The on-demand capability frees you from inventory storage costs, disposal costs, and other fees associated with excess printed materials. The best part of the Indigo however, is its ability to personalize each individual piece of your print run. The term 'variable data capable' essentially means the press has a 'mail merge'-like function that allows you to create individually modified material for a variety of people in the same print run. All you need to provide is a simple database with identifiable fields. With that data uploaded into the press, names, pictures, dates, locations, body text…almost anything can be customized to fit the topic(s) of your printed piece or personalized to fit the recipient. And none of this slows the press down one bit! The Indigo is capable of printing documents up to an 11" x 17" full bleed page. Using real ink, instead of toner like many other digital presses, the quality is comparable to traditional offset but has a quicker turnaround.
